Apparently it doesn't take much to excite me, especially since I do nothing here in Okinawa but study. Anyway, these little one serving packages of rice are the coolest things I've seen in a long time. Just throw it in the microwave for 2 minutes and you're ready. See the little hole near the top right? It just pops open in the microwave so you don't even have to puncture the bag. I have several different kinds of pre-packaged foods that I like to heat up and mix with the rice. They also are better than anything I've run across yet. Just about as good as homemade!

Rice
